Award availability is an observation
Everything on the award boards is observed from SAS’s own award engine, stamped with the time we confirmed it. Award space changes minute to minute and without notice: a seat that was open at the stamp can be gone when you search. What we show is an observation, not an offer — the only availability that counts is what SAS’s own site (flysas.com) or the SAS service line shows at booking. SAS adds taxes and fees at checkout.
We are not a travel agent
RoamSnap sells no tickets and takes no bookings. We point you at seats; the booking, the contract, and the money all live with SAS or the airline you book with. Points values are informational, not financial advice.
