Terms of use
One set of terms for all of RoamSnap. Plain language. Last updated September 10, 2026.
Who we are
RoamSnap is operated by Wallin Group AB (org.nr 559548-1978), a Swedish company. Contact: support@roamsnap.com.
What RoamSnap is
RoamSnap is an information service. We observe SAS EuroBonus award availability, pair it into bookable round trips, and alert you when seats you care about open.
We are not a travel agency. We sell no tickets, hold no inventory, and process no bookings. Booking always happens with SAS, the airline, or the provider you click through to — under their terms, at the price their checkout shows.
Accounts
Parts of the service require an account, created with a one-time e-mail sign-in link. Some features are invite-only while in beta. Keep your sign-in e-mail to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — scraping, reselling data, or hammering the alert system.
Free while in beta
The alert features are currently free. If we introduce a paid subscription, its price, renewal and cancellation terms — including your EU 14-day right of withdrawal — will be shown clearly before you pay, and added to this page. Nothing you use for free today silently becomes a charge.
What we don’t promise
Award availability changes minute to minute; a seat we observed can be gone by the time you look. Everything we show is an observation, not an offer — always verify at the provider’s checkout before paying. Taxes and fees are added by the airline at booking.
Third-party sites
Clicking through to SAS or an airline takes you to a site we don’t control, governed by its own terms. We’re not party to — and not liable for — any transaction you make there.
Liability
RoamSnap is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed seats, changed prices, cancelled fares, or any indirect or consequential loss from using the service. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts — though if you’re a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections and venue rights your own country’s law gives you.
